To drive early lease renewals for the 2024–2025 school year, I developed a Halloween-themed campaign centered around the phrase: “No Tricks & All Treats, When You Renew by Halloween!" 
With the renewal deadline falling on October 31st, I leaned into the spooky idea of their bed space being "up for grabs" after the deadline. 
While residents could still renew later, they were no longer guaranteed their current bed—adding a playful sense of urgency.
This multi-touch campaign blended the festivity of spooky season with a sense of urgency to drive results.
I created Halloween-themed content, hosted contests—including a decor competition to win a curated spooky basket and a pet costume contest with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place PetSmart gift card prizes.
I also designed printed collateral to place inside candy bags that were hand-delivered to every unit. It was a playful way to make the renewal message stick!
