Inspired by none other than our Clemson Tigers, I created and executed a content campaign centered around the theme โ€œItโ€™s Always Gameday at The Ridge!โ€ The goal? Capture the feeling of a never-ending Saturdayโ€”bright, upbeat, and community-focusedโ€”positioning the property as more than just student housing, but a year-round experience.

Through colorful, on-brand social content, I brought attention to the property's resort-style pool deck (complete with a lazy river, hot tub, and jumbotron always playing ESPN), celebrated resident milestones like graduation, and boosted engagement with giveaways themed around spring break, Memorial Day, and more. From tailgate vibes to poolside highlights, every post was crafted to reflect a fun, tightly-knit community where there was always something going on.

Itโ€™s Always Gameday at the Housing Fair

As part of this campaign, I organized and executed The Ridgeโ€™s booth at the Clemson Off-Campus Housing Fair, hosted by the Undergraduate Student Government. Staying on theme, I branded our setup around โ€œItโ€™s Always Gameday,โ€ creating a fun, eye-catching experience that stood out among 30+ participating communities. I curated a lineup of merchโ€”including t-shirts, mini coolers, pins, and stickersโ€”and made it freely available to maximize brand exposure. Instead of requiring guest cards, I provided an optional opt-in, prioritizing genuine interest over forced leads. To further drive engagement, I promoted a Gameday-themed giveaway and hosted a follow-up open house the next day at our model home, turning booth visitors into real prospects.
